4th Street in Vinton, Iowa. Event will take place RAIN OR SHINE
$40 per booth. No exceptions. Booth size will be 10 feet deep and 15 feet long. Vinton Unlimited members receive a $10 discount off first booth space. No applications accepted after Friday, August 15, 2026. No exceptions.
Booth to be provided by the exhibitor. Tents allowed. No electricity (generators NOT allowed), no water available. Food truck/trailer vendors can have electricity and should contact VU for information. Booth location will be determined by Vinton Unlimited Boom-Fest Committee. Approximate booth location will be sent via email. Vendors should have their own insurance.
Vehicles need to be unpacked & moved out of the vendor area by 8:30am. It is recommended to arrive early if you have a large trailer to unpack.
Tear-down will take place at 2:00pm and 4th Street will re-open to traffic at 3:30pm. Due to safety concerns, no vehicles will be allowed in the vendor display areas from 8:30am to 2:00pm.
Vendor parking is available along 3rd Street, 5th Street and in the city parking lot in the 200 block of East 4th Street (approximately 2 blocks away).
Acceptance is contingent upon approval by the Vinton Unlimited Boom-Fest Committee. Sale of food & drinks is prohibitied, except for those registered as a food vendor.
As a courtesy to surrounding vendors, vendors are asked not to smoke at their booths. No alcohol allowed.
It is not Vinton Unlimited or Boom-Fest’s responsibility to guarantee against duplicate vendor products. If your franchise has a restriction, it is your responsibility to inquire about other possible vendors, as well as provide franchise documentation as proof of regulation.
