VintoberFest!

The Vinton Unlimited Community Affairs Committee is excited to announce the inaugural VintoberFest, a new fall community celebration coming to downtown Vinton on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 4:00–9:00 p.m.

Inspired by traditional Oktoberfest celebrations, VintoberFest will bring together residents and visitors for an evening filled with authentic German music, delicious food, local beverages, family-friendly games, and community fellowship. Entertainment will feature the popular Guttenberg German Band, along with activities including Hammerschlag, Masskrugstemmen (a stein Holding contest), children’s games, cornhole, and delicious German-inspired food from local vendors.

Our vision is to establish VintoberFest as an annual tradition that celebrates our community while supporting local businesses and bringing visitors to downtown Vinton.
