Paints & Pollinators

The Vinton Guild of Fine Arts, in partnership with the Vinton Public Library, Benton County Conservation, and the Palace Theatre, will host an art class where participants will paint their own flowerpots, and receive milkweed and other native prairie seeds to start for planting in the spring.  The class is being offered as part of Vinton’s Big Read program, inspired by the book, “Bewilderment” by Richard Powers.  All Big Read events are supported by the National Endowment for the Arts and Arts Midwest.
