Eastern Iowa Carnegie Libraries Bus Tour 1

Join us for a free tour of three Eastern Iowa Carnegie Libraries.  We will depart from the Vinton Public Library at 9am and will visit Carnegie Libraries in Monticello, Dubuque, and Manchester.  Dr. Shana Stuart with the Carnegie Libraries in Iowa Project will provide fascinating details about the history of these libraries and the legacy of Andrew Carnegie.  Space is limited so reserve your spot by visiting https://vintonscarnegiebustour1.eventbrite.com.
